Quick Shifter
CIVIC TYPE R（FL5）
Control the R quickly with a short-stroke shift kit.
Even though it is a TYPE R, it is still a mass-produced car. The shift stroke is designed to be manageable for everyday use. Therefore, to achieve the quick operability suitable for “+R” mode, the lever ratio is changed, resulting in approximately a 23% shorter stroke.
Furthermore, by changing the mounting of the shift lever carrier (base) from the production rubber mounts to metal mounts & securing it to the floor with 4 points, we are achieving a more rigid structure. This modification is aimed at pursuing a more direct feeling of engagement.

Bonnet Hood Damper

The hood can be easily opened with minimal effort thanks to the high-pressure gas-filled dampers, allowing it to stay open without the need for a prop rod. This not only improves accessibility for engine maintenance but also enhances the vehicle’s sense of quality.

Titanium Tower Bar

High-end model. A full titanium tower bar that is lightweight, highly durable and has excellent spring characteristics.
As a production car, the rigidity of the released engine room upper part is acceptable. There is no rigid body connecting the front struts, and the body rigidity is not sufficient. In fact, this is the theory of reinforcement points on the race track.
Titanium alloy. It is generally called pure titanium (to be precise, it is high-purity titanium. It contains a small amount of impurities such as O and Fe). Here, it is described as titanium.
The specific gravity of titanium is 4.51, while that of iron is about 7.8 and that of stainless steel is about 7.9. In other words, titanium is about 60% lighter than these materials. Next, when comparing the tensile strength, it is found that the strength of titanium is about twice that of iron. Next is the property of being easily deformed. While boasting high strength compared to other materials, it is easily bendable, that is, it has excellent spring characteristics. Furthermore, it has high corrosion resistance, that is, it is resistant to rust.
Yes, titanium, which possesses the required lightweight, high rigidity, spring characteristics, and corrosion resistance, is the ideal material for a tower bar. At HCS, we have designed the layout to be a non-disassembly type with a straight structure as much as possible in order to extract the maximum performance. Of course, the flange nuts are also made of titanium.

Aero Wing Wiper Blade

Aero wipers with wings that take advantage of aerodynamics.
Based on the aerodynamic wiper blade design, a wing deflector is equipped around the central arm junction, further enhancing airflow & streamlining performance. This generates optimal downforce on the wiper blades during driving, reduces wiper lift, & equalizes the water film between the glass surface & the blade rubber, thereby improving visibility during rainy conditions.
